Senior Accountant

Industry: Trading

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable:
• Record for purchasing and all payments.
• Prepare payment application form which relate to accounting.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
2. Accounts Receivable:
• Issue sales invoices, billing, and receipts.
• Record all sales invoices and receipts on Express Program.
3. Financial Report:
• Perform tax filing both Input Tax and Output Tax including P.P30, P.N.D.3, P.N.D.53, and P.N.D.54.
• Prepare necessary documentation of tax authorities and ensure timely filling.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Accounting.
2. Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
3. Able to use Express Program or related Accounting programs.
4. Knowledge and Experience about import-export document, inventory control, fixed asset system
5. Fair English Communication Skill or above.
6. Honesty, Fast Learning, Enthusiasm, Adaptability
