Job Description

  • Organize and attend to the Board of Directors, AGM, and any meetings, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Monthly reimbursement
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents, contracts, and statutory books and/or preparing Papers / Emails / important personal document information for related taking over executive group.
  • Track legal document expirations, license, and ensure adherence to company regulations.
  • Taking care of answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary to other staff.
  • Act as a key point of contact for external legal advisors, regulatory bodies, and shareholders.
  • Performed other duties as assigned.
  • Record detailed minutes for board and management meetings, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence for senior leadership.
  • Follow up work / for office and personnel
  • Contact outsources / contractors /Agents / Bankers etc. for personal purposes
  • Taking care of personal papers and family documents as required (Passport /Re-entry VISA , etc.)
  • Taking care of all personal document expenses
  • Occasionally assigned by CEO also

Job Specification

  • Thai National
  • Male/Female age 28 years old above
  • Bachelor Degree/higher in any related field
  • Preferred over 2-5 years experience in any related field
  • Good speaking and writing in English
  • Good computer proficiency
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and Self autonomous
  • Having experience in Insurance is a plus
