Job descriptions:

  • Develop and lead strategic marketing frameworks to drive brand awareness, brand preference, and brand loyalty in alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Translate business objectives into integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional media, and public relations channels.
  • Oversee end-to-end marketing operations, ensuring strategic consistency, execution excellence, and measurable business impact.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the marketing leadership team to build a strong, future-ready marketing organization.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and business data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Define brand positioning, communication strategy, and go-to-market direction to strengthen long-term brand equity.
  • Manage and optimize marketing investment and resources to maximize ROI and sustainable growth.
  • Establish strategic KPIs and performance dashboards; regularly report insights and recommendations to the executive management team.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Development, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Oversee strategic partnerships with external agencies, media partners, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead major strategic initiatives, brand activations, events, and trade marketing programs.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
  • Proven success in strategic marketing planning, brand strategy, and business-driven marketing execution.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing multi-functional and multi-level teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong command of marketing analytics, performance measurement, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience in FMCG or highly competitive consumer-driven industries is an advantage.
