Job description:
Provide dedicated support to the Top Management in managing strategic projects and preparing high quality research and presentations. Act as a key coordinator for cross functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution and clear communication.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Top management in planning, monitoring, and reporting on strategic projects by organizing timelines, deliverables, and progress updates to ensure projects are executed according to strategic objectives.
- Track milestones and risks to maintain on-time delivery and mitigate potential delays.
- Coordinate with global teams and to ensure timely execution of CEO directives.
- Prepare consolidated project reports and dashboards to provide accurate insights for Top management's decision making.
- Conduct research and analysis by collecting data from internal and external sources to support Company strategic decisions.
- Develop clear, actionable reports and presentations by synthesizing research findings and project updates into visually compelling formats to enable informed decision making and impactful communication.
- Ensure presentations meet corporate branding and cultural requirements by applying design standards and adapting content for Foreign audiences to enhance clarity and global relevance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- More than 8 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or research roles, preferably in multinational or retail organizations.
- Experience supporting senior executives on strategic initiatives.
- Engagement principles and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Presentation design and storytelling for executive audiences.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical and presentation development abilities.
