Senior IT Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Research and adopt new technologies to enhance organizational performance and competitiveness
• Managing and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
• Overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, operating systems, and other system software
• Ensuring the security of IT systems and data through the implementation of security policies, procedures, backup systems and technologies
• Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks
• Managing and contributing to IT projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Maintain licenses and upgrades schedules
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
• Working closely with other IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of IT services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in IT, Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Management Information System or related fields.
• 3-7 years' experience in IT project management, IT Software delivery or IT consulting
• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, server administration, security, and cloud technologies
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business requirements
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, databases, and cybersecurity
• Solid experience in project management and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
