About the job Treasury Department Manager
Job description:
- Direct and oversee all Treasury operations, ensuring effective management of cash flow, investments, funding, collections, and payments.
- Initiate and negotiate with local and international financial institutions to secure appropriate short-term and long-term credit facilities; review and analyze related contracts and credit agreements in both Thai and English.
- Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and key business partners to support the companys financing and growth objectives.
- Manage the companys foreign exchange (FX) exposure by supervising daily and monthly hedging transactions and maintaining FX credit lines with financial partners.
- Oversee international trade finance activities, and Bills for Collection, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Administer inter-company loans, optimizing funding strategies and capital costs for both domestic and overseas subsidiaries.
- Plan, forecast, and monitor cash positions to ensure adequate liquidity for operational and investment needs on a daily and long-term basis.
- Explore and evaluate innovative banking solutions to improve operational efficiency and identify potential financial opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as the primary contact and problem solver for store operations concerning treasury and financial matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in treasury operations covering cash management, funding, and investment with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth understanding of financial markets, FX products, and funding instruments.
