Learning & Development Manager
About the job Learning & Development Manager
Responsible for driving the organizations learning and development strategy to enhance employee capabilities, strengthen leadership pipelines, and support overall business growth. This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs aligned with organizational goals and talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the companys Learning & Development strategy to support business objectives and employee growth.
- Identify organizational learning needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and business consultation with department heads.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs covering both functional and leadership development through various learning platforms (classroom, e-learning, blended learning, coaching, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, HR Business Partners, and external training providers, to deliver effective learning solutions.
- Manage the annual training plan and budget, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Develop competency frameworks and career development pathways to support succession planning and talent development.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness, using metrics and feedback to improve program quality and learning outcomes.
- Oversee learning technology tools and continuously improve employee learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in learning & development, organization development, human resource management
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
- Proven experience in competency framework development, training needs analysis, and leadership development programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong project management and analytical skills.
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
