Sales Manager (Fertilizers)
About the job Sales Manager (Fertilizers)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and grow distribution network to maximize revenue and long-term growth plan
- Prepare an updated monthly sales forecast planning
- Work closely with marketing team in HQ to align on technical product knowledge, information and best practice sharing
- Coordinate with support team; supply chain, finance, ICT to ensure efficiency of sales and order operation
- Analyze market and competitor insights to capture trends and new opportunities
- Manage external stakeholder relationship including distributors, government, policy maker, agricultural opinion leaders.
- Supervise regulatory coordinator who is responsible for all import and export fertilizer registrationResponsible for reports and analysis in relation to sales, sales forecast, regulatory, market/competitor insights and any ad hoc reports assigned to
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
- Experience in sales within agriculture, fertilizer, or agrochemical industry
- Strong knowledge of distribution networks and market dynamics in the agriculture sector
- Good understanding of sales forecasting, market analysis, and business planning
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of English
