Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Set individual and team sales targets, track performance, implement corrective actions to achieve business goals, and motivate the team to exceed goals.
  • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and train Sales Executives to foster their growth and ensure their success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with management strategies, promotional activities, and initiatives designed to boost revenue generation.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate reporting in the CRM system.
  • Client Engagement: Support the team in closing high-value deals and building key client relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to drive sales campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to set targets, track performance, and drive results.
  • Experience in luxury retail or interior design sectors is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Availability to work weekends with weekday off days.
