About the job Officer – Finance & Accounts
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day activities (prepare and issue invoice, debit note and credit note and record account receivable transactions) for accounts receivable and revenue generating process.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of account receivable.
- Generate and analyze receivable account reports i.e., aging report and days analysis report to identify trends and potential issues.
- Prepare and manage monthly closing of transactions of account receivables.
- Prepare and manage monthly closing of general ledger.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for all bank accounts and investigate reconciliation items.
- Support and maintain proper document for audit purposes.
- Handle ad hoc works / projects when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under time constraints and pressure.
- Good written and spoken English is advantage.
- Experiences in AR and GL management are plus.
- Skilled in Oracle is a plus.
