Treasury Manager
About the job Treasury Manager
- Manage daily cash operations, including payments, collections, and reconciliations across multiple entities and currencies.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Prepare and submit cash forecasts and treasury reports to headquarters in a timely manner.
- Arrange and supervise weekly payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.
- Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with banking partners to support business needs and optimize services.
- Monitor and manage liquidity requirements to ensure adequate funding for operations.
- Develop, implement, and enhance treasury tools, systems, and applications to improve efficiency and transparency.
- Establish and enforce strong internal controls over treasury processes to safeguard company assets.
- Identify and mitigate foreign exchange and liquidity risks while optimizing working capital.
- Collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and business units to align treasury activities with strategic and operational goals.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Treasury or Corporate Finance role, preferably within multinational operations and multi-currency environments; month-end closing experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in cash forecasting, payment operations, bank relationship management, and foreign exchange (FX) risk mitigation.
- Strong proficiency in documentation and compliance-related treasury work.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Macros, Pivot Tables) and other Office applications.
- High attention to detail with strong standards of accuracy, accountability, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
