Job Descriptions:

Brand & Creative Direction

  • Define and maintain the brands creative and visual identity across all touchpoints in-store, online, print, and events.
  • Oversee the conceptual development of marketing campaigns, photo shoots, look books, product visuals, and digital content.
  • Ensure all creative output reflects the unique DNA, craftsmanship, and values 
  • Collaborate closely with design and product development teams to translate artistic inspiration into effective marketing narratives

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute annual marketing and communication plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage product launches, exhibitions, and seasonal campaigns, both locally and internationally.
  • Coordinate brand collaborations and special projects that reinforce the brands prestige and artistic positioning.
  • Work with PR and digital teams to maximize visibility across luxury media, influencers, and online platforms.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Supervise the creation of compelling online content including social media, newsletters, and website storytelling.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone, voice, and image across all digital channels.
  • Oversee photography, video production, and design direction to ensure world-class presentation quality.
  • Partner with the e-commerce team to align online visual merchandising and campaign rollouts.

Public Relations & Events

  • Lead creative direction for brand events, exhibitions, and VIP client experiences.
  • Support PR initiatives by developing story-driven materials for both global and local media.
  • Ensure seamless brand representation at art fairs, trunk shows, and exclusive collaborations.

Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Guide and inspire the creative, marketing, and content teams to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned results.
  • Build a culture of creativity, precision, and storytelling excellence.
  • Collaborate with sales and retail teams to ensure creative strategies support commercial objectives.

Marketing Product Management

  • Provide strategic direction for all product-related marketing initiatives.
  • Align product positioning, storytelling, and visual presentation with brand values and business goals.
  • Work closely with the Product, Design, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and market alignment.
