Responsibilities:
Product & Segment Strategy
- Manage product portfolios across all relevant industries and applications.
- Develop and execute company segment strategies aligned with regional and group business objectives.
- Identify growth industries, key applications, and strategic focus areas for product penetration.
- Support lifecycle management including product positioning, differentiation, and phase-out planning.
Market Analysis & Business Planning
- Analyse market potential, customer demand, and industry trends within assigned regions.
- Forecast market size, sales opportunities, and revenue potential for assigned products or segments.
- Develop structured plans for new product introductions, market entry, and market exploitation.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and technological trends.
Technical Leadership & Product Expertise
- Act as the internal lead and reference for deep product and application knowledge.
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues during project discussions, tenders, and customer engagements.
- Conduct internal product training, technical briefings, and application workshops when required.
- Support problem-solving for complex applications and non-standard customer requirements.
Customer Development & Acquisition
- Identify, approach, and develop new customers who may benefit from products and solutions.
- Expand business within existing accounts by maximising customer potential and cross-selling opportunities.
- Focus on designated regions and industries to build a sustainable and balanced customer pipeline.
- Engage with EPCs, OEMs, end users, consultancies, and system integrators as required.
Pre-Sales & After-Sales Support
- Provide professional pre-sales technical advice, solution recommendations, and product selection support.
- Support quotation preparation, technical clarifications, and project documentation.
- Assist customers with after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and solution improvements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses and technically sound recommendations.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers through regular engagement.
- Understand customer requirements, technical challenges, budgets, and project timelines.
- Act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor to customers.
- Manage customer expectations while balancing commercial and technical feasibility.
Sales Performance & Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned personal and group annual sales targets.
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development.
- Support strategic initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Contribute to overall company performance and profitability objectives.
Team Collaboration & Communication
- Liaise closely with other members of the sales team to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product management teams as required.
- Support cross-functional coordination for projects, tenders, and customer solutions.
- Promote teamwork, transparency, and effective internal communication.
Ad-Hoc & Management-Assigned Duties
- Perform any other tasks, projects, or responsibilities assigned by the direct superior from time to time.
- Support company initiatives, strategic projects, or special assignments when required.
- Remain flexible and responsive to evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related fields).
- At least 10 years work experience in Sales (Automotive, F&B, Machine Building, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, OEM are preferable).
- Good Knowledge in vary Instrument Products
- Good command of English in both written and spoken communication
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent selling and influencing skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
High responsibility with strong teamwork ability - Good negotiation skills
- Computer literacy is a must (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Outlook)
- Be able to work under pressure and flexible hours
