Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage infrastructure teams (Network, System, Cloud, Security) and allocate resources for projects and services
- Coach, mentor, and develop technical skills within the team
- Conduct performance reviews and support career development
- Create a technical skill development roadmap for the team
- Manage end-to-end infrastructure and system integration projects on time and within budget
- Review High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD / LLD) before implementation
- Oversee managed services, IT operations, SLA compliance, and incident/change management
- Support pre-sales activities with technical consultation and solution review
- Manage budgets, vendors, contracts, and ensure compliance with security standards and risk governance
- Enterprise Network: LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Firewall, VPN
- Server and Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
- Cloud Infrastructure: Azure, AWS
- Hybrid Cloud and migration projects
- Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions
- Cybersecurity infrastructure: Firewall, Endpoint, SIEM integration
- Data Center and infrastructure modernization
- Provide technical leadership across network, server, cloud, cybersecurity, and DR solutions
- Develop and review the manning plan, sales plan, and profit (P&L) plan to support sustainable business growth
- Own the sales pipeline and achieve the annual sales target for the IT Infrastructure business
- Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and drive growth strategies for IT Infra solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure
- 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Experience in System Integration (SI) or IT service provider environment
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level infrastructure projects
- Experience in customer-facing technical discussions
- Strong expertise in enterprise networking, security, and infrastructure design
- Experience with virtualization, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments
- Knowledge of ITIL, service management, and infrastructure migration
- Strong leadership, people management, and customer communication skills
- Ability to manage project costing, margins, and make decisions under pressure
- Business-level command of English, both written and spoken
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 or N2 level is preferred
- Proven track record of driving business growth in System Integration (SI) / IT Infrastructure services
- Experience creating manning plan, sales plan, and profit (P&L) plan; able to manage an annual sales target
