Project Manager (AGM Projects)

Corporate Project Manager to handle project planning, residual basic engineering, detailed engineering, and execution at multiple locations with safety. Capex estimations, project planning using software's like MS Project, Detailed Engg. for in house projects and Coordination with Consultants for the Big size projects. Track and Monitor project progress by PERT/CPM. Review and control project CAPEX, Coordination with engineering, procurement, site, contractors, vendors including inspection. Progress reporting on weekly and monthly basis through detailed presentation.

1. Project delivery to meet production schedules by strictly monitoring the project schedule and cost.
2. Detailed Capex estimation for new and brown field Projects
3. Develop, monitor, and control project schedules in MS Project
4. Periodic review of project progress with technology/ Process Team, Detail Engg. execution team and procurement team
5. Present the Monthly Progress report to Management.
6. Prepare the Concept Plot plan or equipment layout of the project.
7. Lead and coordinate with consultants for the statutory approvals.
8. Coordinate with Detail engineering consultants for timely deliverables.
9. Preparation of the detailed equipment technical specification, requisition for purchase, technical bid analysis, quality assurance plan
10. Approving of the Equipment fabrication drawings
11. Visit the vendors manufacturing workshops for expediting the manufacturing and follow up with suppliers for the timely delivery of equipment at site
12. Guide team for trouble shooting as and when necessary.
13. Preparation and Review of P&IDs, Line List, Layouts, Cable tray Layouts.
14. Participate in HAZOP study.
15. Preparation of the Capex in Oracle and raising the PR for procurements
16. Coordinate with finance team for funds requirement and capitalization of project after completion.
17. Issue tracking reports on PR, PO, Cost, equipment deliver etc form ERP System. Oracle experience must.
18. Work Closely with HSE, Process, Civil, Electrical, Instrument and Mechanical team for smooth execution of the Project.
19. Coordinate for the weekly review of the Projects along with Team members.
20. Participate in the contractor progress review meetings.
21. Assist Project Head in Overall improvements of project function, Upcoming project evaluation and technical evaluation of the venders.
22. Independently handle the Projects related to Process plant, R&D, ETP, Ware houses constructions.
23. Oversee Mechanical fabrication and erection, hydrotesting supervision and PSSR at site and assist Site team for smooth commissioning of the plant
24. Final Documentation and Handover of plant to production and maintenance
25. Monitoring Project Safety parameters and participate in Safety Meetings

Requirments

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
  
• Relevant experience required
• Good command in English and Thai
• Able to work independently
