Finance Data Analytics Department Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and models integrating ERP, BI, and RPA systems into centralized finance data platforms.
• Apply machine learning and AI algorithms to improve financial forecasting, cash flow prediction, expense categorization, and anomaly detection.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and AI-driven insights for finance leaders to track performance, risk, and opportunities in real time.
• Utilize generative AI and NLP tools to automate narrative reporting and streamline financial analysis.
• Partner with automation, IT, and finance process teams to embed data intelligence and predictive analytics into finance workflows.
• Ensure data governance, model accuracy, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Continuously explore and pilot emerging AI tools that enhance finance efficiency, scalability, and decision quality.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or Applied Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong understanding of financial data structures, accounting principles, and enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Experience in data engineering (ETL, APIs, data lakes) and machine learning pipeline development.
• Hands-on experience with AI applications such as predictive analytics, anomaly detection, NLP for finance documents, or generative AI for reporting.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and finance data governance frameworks.
