Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence & Benchmarking

  • Develop and maintain market intelligence frameworks covering industry trends, competitor performance, and best practices
  • Build financial benchmarks on margins, cost structures, pricing, productivity, and capital efficiency
  • Monitor macroeconomic, regulatory, and industry developments impacting business performance

Strategic Financial Insights

  • Translate external market insights into financial implications for strategy, planning, and investment decisions
  • Support corporate planning cycles, medium-term plans, and strategic reviews with fact-based analysis
  • Identify performance gaps versus market benchmarks and quantify value improvement opportunities

Business & Strategy Partnering

  • Partner with Corporate Strategy and business units to challenge internal assumptions using external data
  • Support pricing, margin improvement, and competitiveness initiatives
  • Prepare executive-level insights and materials for CFO and senior management discussions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Strategy, or related disciplines
  • 8–10+ years of experience in finance, market intelligence, corporate strategy, consulting, or analytics roles
  • Strong capability in external market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry research
  • Solid understanding of financial performance drivers, cost structures, margins, and capital efficiency
  • Experience translating market and competitive data into strategic and financial implications
  • Proven ability to support strategic planning, MTP, and investment decision processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and insight quality
  • Ability to challenge internal assumptions using objective, fact-based analysis
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and preparing executive-level materials
  • Exposure to regional, multi-market, or cross-border analysis is an advantage
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills using data and financial insights
