  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of software engineers & testers
  • Previous people management experience, including recruitment, performance management and L&D support
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • High proficiency in C# and web technologies
  • High proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with network protocols, messaging services
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of DevOps, Azure
  • Nice to have: Commercial experience with C++
  • Nice to have: Knowledge in Boost, Qt, QML
  • You like getting it done fast and with awesome quality

What would you be doing?

  • Leading an Agile team to design and deliver software changes to our current range of products Maintaining and extending the feature set of our core products
  • Being hands-on and getting involved in all aspects of SDLC
  • Helping to modernize our software architecture
  • Identifying areas of opportunity to improve and contributing new ideas
  • Creating, collaborating, learning, teaching, and growing with us
