About the Role
We're hiring Client Solutions Associates to help scale a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B software startup focused on expert network and client intelligence solutions.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you'll manage research projects end-to-end by connecting clients with the right subject matter experts through qualitative interviews and outreach. You'll play a key role in helping clients gather critical business insights while contributing directly to how the platform and operational processes evolve as the company grows.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, client-oriented, and excited to take ownership early in their career within a high-growth startup environment.

What You'll Do
Client & Expert Matching
- Identify and recruit subject matter experts aligned with client research needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and experts
- Ensure high-quality expert matching and strong client satisfaction
- Conduct outreach using internal databases and external sourcing channels
Project Ownership
- Manage research projects from intake through completion
- Coordinate expert sourcing, scheduling, and engagement logistics
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and successfully
- Maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
Performance & Network Management
- Monitor engagement quality and project outcomes
- Track feedback and improve expert network quality
- Support retention and growth of high-performing experts
- Help improve operational workflows and research execution processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Share client and expert feedback with Product and Engineering teams
- Help improve workflows, platform functionality, and user experience
- Contribute ideas that improve scalability and operational efficiency
- Partner across departments to support business growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 0–4 years of professional experience
- Strong recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Undergraduate degree required
- Client-facing, research, customer success, consulting, or startup experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
- Base Salary: $72,000 USD
- Fully uncapped monthly bonus structure
- Additional performance incentives beyond quota attainment
- Top performers can earn an additional $2,000–$3,000 per month in bonuses
