We're hiring a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the co-founder of a fast-growing AI insurance technology company.
This is a high-impact leadership role for an exceptional operator who can rapidly absorb context, drive execution, and take ownership of critical business initiatives across strategy, operations, partnerships, go-to-market execution, and organizational scaling.
Within your first 90 days, you'll become a trusted extension of the co-founder—representing leadership in meetings, driving key decisions, and helping build the systems and processes required to scale the business.
This role offers a clear path toward executive leadership as the company continues its rapid growth.

What You'll Do
Executive Partnership
- Act as a trusted partner and extension of the co-founder
- Represent leadership in customer, partner, and internal meetings
- Help drive executive decision-making and organizational alignment
- Manage high-priority initiatives and special projects
Business Operations & Strategy
- Build the operational backbone of the commercial organization
- Improve communication, information flow, and decision-making processes
- Develop scalable systems that support rapid company growth
- Establish operating rhythms, reporting structures, and performance tracking
Go-to-Market Leadership
- Support and help scale the company's partner-led sales motion
- Improve pipeline management and sales infrastructure
- Build repeatable frameworks for revenue operations and commercial execution
- Help shape long-term go-to-market strategy
Strategic Projects
- Lead high-impact initiatives from concept through execution
- Evaluate and onboard strategic partners and vendors
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across operations, product, partnerships, and revenue teams
- Solve complex business problems in a fast-moving environment
Organizational Scaling
- Build hiring processes and operational playbooks
- Create decision frameworks and internal systems
- Influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Help establish the foundation for future organizational growth
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 5–7 years of professional experience
- Background in management consulting and high-growth startups
- Experience working in Seed, Series A, Series B, or Series C startup environments
- Proven success leading strategic and operational initiatives
- Experience managing projects, teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
Leadership & Communication
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
- Ability to influence senior executives and technical teams alike
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
Strategic & Operational Skills

- Base Salary: $250,000 – $300,000
