Project Information:

  • Manual QA- B2B ecommerce web application.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing of a complex B2B eCommerce web application

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to identify test scenarios

  • Create and maintain detailed, well-structured test cases

  • Log and track defects in collaboration with developers and analysts

  • Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and daily stand-ups

  • Estimate testing tasks and contribute to overall sprint planning

  • Review test results and ensure high product quality before releases

  • Participate in product demos and reviews with the customer

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in manual software testing

  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and software development lifecycle

  • Experience in writing and executing test cases based on requirements

  • Experience with bug tracking and task management tools

  • Ability to analyze requirements, detect inconsistencies or gaps, and ask clarifying questions

  • Hands-on experience testing web applications

  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation

  • Understanding of API testing principles

  • Experience working in an Agile environment

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

  • English level: Intermediate or higher (able to read documentation, communicate with team, and join customer demos)



Must have:

  • Experience testing web applications (basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

  • Experience with task and bug tracking systems

  • Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server

  • Familiarity with Postman or similar tools for manual API testing

  • Understanding of client-server architecture

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

  • Ability to write clear and structured test cases and bug reports

  • English proficiency sufficient for reading requirements and participating in customer demos

  • Familiarity with browser DevTools

  • Familiarity with test management systems (e.g., TestRail)

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

  • Experience with EPiServer or other CMS platforms


Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of CI/CD processes and Kubernetes

  • Familiarity with writing test cases in Gherkin syntax
