Project Information:
Manual QA- B2B ecommerce web application.
Responsibilities:
Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing of a complex B2B eCommerce web application
Analyze business and technical requirements to identify test scenarios
Create and maintain detailed, well-structured test cases
Log and track defects in collaboration with developers and analysts
Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and daily stand-ups
Estimate testing tasks and contribute to overall sprint planning
Review test results and ensure high product quality before releases
Participate in product demos and reviews with the customer
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in manual software testing
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and software development lifecycle
Experience in writing and executing test cases based on requirements
Experience with bug tracking and task management tools
Ability to analyze requirements, detect inconsistencies or gaps, and ask clarifying questions
Hands-on experience testing web applications
Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
Understanding of API testing principles
Experience working in an Agile environment
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
English level: Intermediate or higher (able to read documentation, communicate with team, and join customer demos)
Must have:
Experience testing web applications (basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with task and bug tracking systems
Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server
Familiarity with Postman or similar tools for manual API testing
Understanding of client-server architecture
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Ability to write clear and structured test cases and bug reports
English proficiency sufficient for reading requirements and participating in customer demos
Familiarity with browser DevTools
Familiarity with test management systems (e.g., TestRail)
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Experience with EPiServer or other CMS platforms
Nice to have:
Basic understanding of CI/CD processes and Kubernetes
Familiarity with writing test cases in Gherkin syntax
