About the Project
We are partnering with a leading digital agency from the UK on multiple web and content management projects. As they continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Optimizely Developer / Tech Lead to join our team and take ownership of the technical direction for key client engagements. You'll work with an international team to deliver high-performance websites and digital solutions built with Optimizely.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and architecture of web solutions using Optimizely (formerly Episerver).
• Work closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers.
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and performance standards are met.
• Collaborate in sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest in Optimizely and .NET technologies to guide the team effectively.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of digital platforms and integrations.

Requirements / Skills

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development, with strong hands-on experience in Optimizely.
• Proven experience in leading development teams or acting as a technical lead.
• Deep understanding of CMS architecture, custom module development, and integrations.
• Experience working in agile environments with version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or above).
• Experience working with international clients or teams is a plus.

• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus.
