Maintenance Supervisor

Our client is a leading Real Estate Investment company with an excellent reputation across the region.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to be based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

 ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in total
• At least 2+ years experience in a Supervisor level position within real estate Maintenance
• Experience with General maintenance, building maintenance, compounds maintenance, Projects, Government maintenance projects
• Open to Arab nationals in Saudi now

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance   
• Salary is around 17k SAR per month base salary
• Plus 25% accommodation, 10% transport allowance
• Plus medial insurance
