Our client is a leading IT Technical Company operating across the region.  

 We are looking for experienced HR Manager to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This position will be reporting to the Director Program Management

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

      Establish and implement HR process, procedure required to support the growth of the business.

      Develop Human resource plan to enhance the function & implement it.

      Review and update Human resource Policy and procedure in conjunction with company’s goals and the laws.

      Review the current grading structure, benefits scheme, and implement market driven compensation system, pay policy, incentives and benefit to attract candidates and retain employees.

      Manage the recruitment process and develop suitable plan to meet the business needs. Conduct interviews, selection and onboard the new joiners.

      Manage training and developments.

      Work closely with business departments, Finance, legal..etc in developing manpower planning.

      Manage the performance management cycle, employees’ objectives, Year-end increments review, bonus, and obtain necessary approval.

      Manage employees’ issues and counsel them in HR related issues. 

      Manage Health insurance process and make the recommendation for the medical benefits.  Health insurance provider selection & contract finalization and deployment.

 Performance Indicators          

      Yearly KPI and Development of the Human resource function.

 ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

      Bachelor’s degree in human resource/ Business administration

      At least 8 years’ experience in Human resource

      Must have experience in managing different function within HR i.e., compensation, recruitment, performance management…etc

      Open for Emirati Nationals only (male and female)

 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

·       Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance

·       Salary is up to 40k AED per month, plus air ticket, health insurance, and child education.
