Restaurant Manager

Our client is an expanding Japanese restaurant brand with international standards and an excellent reputation across the region.

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to be based in TAX FREE Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

 ROLE OVERVIEW

• Develop business strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
• A shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional store manager duties as needed.

 

SKILLS

• Fluent in both oral and written English
• Good knowledge of computer software and hardware
•  Analytical skills and decisions making abilities

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• At least 6+ years experience
• 3+ years in a Management position within a Restaurants
• Knowledge of international fine dining restaurants
• Strong experience in business strategy, sales goals, motivating and training staff, Reporting and analysis 
• Open to male EU nationals  preferrably currently base in GCC

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Salary  will reflect experience levels and interview performance  
• Up to 12k SAR per month total salary package
• TAX FREE salary
