Real Estate Development Company operating across the region.
We are looking for experienced Financial Analyst to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
JOB OVERVIEW
The Financial Analyst reports directly to Director of Finance and CFO.
- The jobholder is expected to provide specialist advice at a financial and analytical level to Director of Finance and CFO
- No financial authority
- Responsible for the development of budgets, forecasts, bank requested reports and assisting in all functions related to Financial & Budgeting for URED and affiliates and subsidiaries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Participate in the development of annual Budget and projections in line with strategic direction and objectives.
- Prepare and develop a detailed annual budget guideline, standards, time schedule and assumptions.
- Prepare the budget forms/ models to be used in the budgeting process and develop new techniques for the use in financial planning and analysis.
- Seek clarifications from departments on budgets and underlying assumptions, present the consolidated budget to the Management and seek approvals.
- Prepare quarterly performance reports showing key performance indicators, trends, comment on actual vs. budget variations and risks as well as areas that require management attention.
- Guides cost analysis process by providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Provide feasibility study for proposed projects, capital expenditure, and acquisitions in coordination with the finance board.
- Provide financial analysis explanations on liquidity, and financial stability, through the financial ratios and comparative figures.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheet, income statement and reporting the variance.
- Analyse data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed.
- Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
General Management of Accounting & Finance services
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- To participate and support company new initiatives.
- To execute any task related to the finance & accounting when its required by the management.
- Accuracy of prepared annual budgets for the company and JV companies on time.
- Accuracy of prepared financial statements and consolidated reports.
- Quarterly cost analyses including the general and administrative expense
- Preparation of feasibility studies for new projects
- Efficiency and effectiveness of Accounting service functions.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Should have Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, preferably with CMA certification or any related
- 4 years’ experience in a Financial Analyst position
- Experience in Budgeting and cost control, financial planning and analysis
- Experience in general management of accounting and finance services
- Must have experience in real estate and development
- Saudi national preferred
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
· Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
· Salary from 7k – 10k SAR per month
· Plus family status benefits, 30 vacation days per year, medical insurance, yearly salary increment, 9 to 15 additional paid (National Holidays), 2 days of per week.
