About the job Quality Head

A Quality Head is responsible for the development and implementation of company quality policies and procedures. They are also responsible for the development, training, and implementation of quality standards. The Quality Head is accountable for achieving quality goals and objectives as well as compliance with all regulatory requirements.

  • Responsibilities:

    1. Develop company quality policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

    2. Conduct internal audits of quality management system and implement corrective action plans to address deficiencies

    3. Develop training programs to ensure employees understand their responsibilities in accordance with company policy

    4. Monitor employee compliance with company policy and take appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary

    5. Review customer complaints to identify potential problems in the manufacturing process and recommend corrective action plans

    6. Manage supplier performance against contractual obligations in order to maintain contractual agreements

    7. Requirements:

    8. Minimum of N years experience leading a Quality Department or Quality Control Department at a manufacturing facility or similar environment
