The HR Manager is responsible for managing all of the company's Human Resources needs. This includes recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching employees.                  The HR Manager will also be responsible for employee relations matters, including conducting exit interviews and handling disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment: Develop job postings and manage the recruitment process to hire qualified candidates

    2. Employee relations: Handle disciplinary actions with employees and conduct exit interviews

    3. Training: Maintain training records and train new hires

    4. Benefits administration: Administer health benefits to employees

    5. Compliance: Comply with federal and state employment laws
