We're hiring a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join First AI and support the successful delivery of AI adoption, implementation and transformation projects for major organisations.

About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring our client projects run smoothly from initiation through to completion. You'll work closely with AI Adoption Managers, AI Engineers, client stakeholders, and leadership to coordinate project activities, manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys organisation, communication, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced technology consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities across multiple client projects.
- Track actions, milestones, timelines, and dependencies to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Support the planning, organisation, and execution of project workstreams.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to maintain clear communication and alignment.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure project updates, decisions, and actions are communicated effectively.
Delivery Support
- Assist in structuring and managing projects from initiation through to completion.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, issues, or blockers.
- Proactively help remove obstacles and ensure that critical actions do not fall through the gaps.
Operational Excellence
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and delivery standards.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reporting materials.
- Contribute to the development of scalable delivery practices as the organisation grows.

- Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, operations, customer success, or a related role.
