As an AI Adoption Manager, you will play a pivotal role in integrating Microsoft Copilot into the operations of major organisations, championing innovative work practices.

Role of an AI Adoption Manager:

Drive Adoption: Work with different business functions to integrate MS Copilot, tailoring to specific use cases.

Training: Train all levels of the business, from directors to new hires, on using Copilot to transform their work.

Advocacy: Champion AI adoption and introduce fresh AI thinking to transform business cultures.

Qualities we look for:

Passion for AI with practical experience using AI tools, whether in daily work, projects, or personal endeavours

A 2:1 or equivalent degree, in either STEM or non-STEM fields.

Outstanding communication and strong presentation skills.

Loves working with people.

Comfortable with ambiguity, as you'll be working with uncharted territories like AI.

Willingness to travel across various UK locations.

Salary: £32,000 (Training Salary: £27,500 in the first six months)
