Key Responsibilities

• Team Management & Coaching: Oversee the day-to-day performance of our AI Adoption Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them excel in their roles.

• Delivery Oversight: Monitor project delivery progress, addressing challenges as they arise. While you wont be directly delivering projects, youll ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

• Training & Development: Deliver parts of the training and ongoing development of Adoption Managers.

• Operational Support: Assist the Head of AI with client-facing activities including pitches, account management, and overall client satisfaction.

What Were Looking For

• Experience in IT and digital transformation projects within enterprise environments

• Experience in delivery training to internal stakeholders, as a trainer or as part of your role

• Understanding of AI products in the workplace

• Direct people management experience is a bonus

• Experience in the M365 ecosystem is a bonus
