Senior Accountant, Business Advisory

Remuneration: AU$90,000 to AU$100,000 inclusive

Plus: Annual production-based bonuses, professional fees covered, social events, regular training, great team, terrific clients.

What You'll Do

• Prepare financial accounts, tax returns, and specialized reports for companies, partnerships, trusts, and individuals.
• Conduct in-depth tax research and oversee GST, PAYG, BAS, and IAS administration.
• Collaborate with leadership on advanced projects, including small business concessions and CGT.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, participating in meetings to solve complex issues and provide tailored solutions.
• Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a culture of learning and innovation.

Must-Have Qualifications

• A degree in Business/Commerce with an Accounting major.
• Completed CA/CPA qualification.
• Proven experience in an Australian tax and business services environment.
• Strong knowledge of technical accounting concepts and standards.
• Proficiency with accounting systems like APS, MYOB, or Xero.
