IT Project Manager, Finance

Job Overview

Atsalea is an employee-owned digital development and project management services company. They are looking for a project manager with financial experience to work as a senior consultant and partner on client assignments.

An ideal work history for the position may consist of, for example, systems development, integrations, payment systems, infrastructure/cloud migrations, data, information security, transformations, or regulatory reporting.

The role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders, coordinating and managing budget, project risks, reporting and schedule. The role also ensures that the project follows the chosen methodology. The key to success is a flexible attitude and the ability to adapt to the client's environment.

Your Experience

• Long-term work experience in an IT project manager role, including in the financial sector (banking and/or insurance).
• Experience with projects implemented using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Project management certifications (SAFe, Prince2, IPMA C, etc.)
• Suitable educational background
• Business-oriented mindset
• Fluent Finnish skills
