Your Role as a Multilingual Customer Support Specialist:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via email and phone for British Airways, supporting customers in various languages.
- Assist with flight changes, cancellations, lost baggage claims, and other travel-related inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through multiple channels, ensuring swift and effective issue resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proficient in French, Italian, German, or Spanish, with advanced English skills.
- Experience in the airline industry or customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Familiarity with booking systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work in a contact centre environment.
