Your Role as an Italian Customer Support Specialist:

• Provide top-notch customer service via email and phone for British Airways customers.
• Assist with flight changes, cancellations, lost baggage claims, and other travel-related inquiries.
• Communicate efficiently with customers, ensuring prompt responses and maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
• Resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian and English (advanced level).
• Experience in the airline industry or in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with booking systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a contact centre environment.
