Your Role:

• Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their issues
• Provide support for mobile devices, manage accounts, and set up repairs
• Track cases and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
• Escalate complex issues to our expert support team
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements:

• Native proficiency in one of these languages: Italian, German, Swedish, Spanish, Slovenian, Slovakian, Norwegian, Dutch, Croatian, Czech, Icelandic, Estonian, Finnish, French, Flemish, Lithuanian, Hungarian, Latvian, Bulgarian, or Danish
• Strong English language skills
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
• Prior experience in customer support is an advantage
