Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Design and execute full-funnel strategies from awareness and engagement to conversion and remarketing across search, social, and video platforms.
  • Conduct keyword and audience research, build segmented campaigns, and continuously test ad copy, visuals, and formats to maximise ROI.
  • Manage and optimise budgets effectively across channels, identifying opportunities for scaling investment and presenting data-backed business cases to leadership.
  • Oversee tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and pixel integrations across platforms.
  • Produce insightful performance reports and dashboards (e.g., in Looker Studio), highlighting actionable insights, ROI, and recommendations by channel and region.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, ABM and product teams to ensure alignment of paid media with business goals and messaging.
  • Partner with regional sales and GTM teams to share campaign analytics, identify top engaged accounts, and refine targeting strategies.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm and platform updates, and emerging paid media opportunities (e.g., TikTok, Reddit).

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid social media advertising, managing significant budgets across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, and YouTube.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI and achieving performance KPIs in B2B campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in tracking tools (GA4, GTM) and data visualisation/reporting tools (Looker Studio).
  • Deep understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, attribution models, and audience segmentation across platforms.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, comfortable interpreting metrics and turning insights into strategy.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work cross-functionally with design, content, and leadership teams.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Nice-to-have:

  • Background in SaaS or Product-Led Growth (PLG) business models.
  • Experience with TikTok or Reddit Ads.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools such as Sanity and Unbounce.
  • Previous agency experience is highly desirable.
