Working closely with our Product Team, you'll understand business needs, expectations, and team objectives to continuously refine QA processes. You believe that exceptional outcomes are achieved through customer focus, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

How will you create impact?

  • Enable developers to feel calm, confident and in control when they undertake testing activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive quality improvement as a repeatable and scalable activity.
  • Influence our testing automation practices improving test coverage which can contribute to continuous delivery pipeline.

What are you responsible for?

  • Coordinating quality activities inside the team throughout the development cycle to make them executed efficiently, from conceptual ideas until after-release.
  • Measuring and analysing quality to address quality problems and improve quality output from the team.
  • Influencing the quality mindset of your team to get them aligned with the quality plan and quality standard.
  • Conduct testing training to empower developers on sufficient testing skills.

We'd love to hear from you if:

  • You have proven experience in Quality Assurance and testing activities in an Agile environment, with a strong foundation in risk-based, exploratory, and automated testing (Cypress, Postman, XUnit, Git, CI/CD Bitbucket, JMeter).
  • Proficiency in understanding code (C# and JavaScript) is essential. A strong grasp of system design, particularly microservice architecture.
  • You excel at problem-solving, using data-driven approaches for decision-making, and have a track record of influencing developers, designers, and product owners to improve product quality.
  • You embrace challenges, are unafraid to rethink traditional QA approaches, and continually seek opportunities to learn and improve.
  • You foster a collaborative culture, focusing on accountability for outcomes rather than tasks, and prioritize trust over enforcement.
  • You adopt a "we" not "me" mindset in all your work, demonstrating a commitment to team success.
