Your Role

As a Lead PHP Engineer, you will take on a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. You will lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced web applications while mentoring and guiding a team of talented engineers. This position requires you to balance technical leadership with hands-on development, ensuring project success and fostering collaboration across teams. Your Mission

• Lead the development and maintenance of web applications, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee and guide the implementation of SOLID principles, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to define system requirements, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Mentor and support team members, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Research and implement new technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.
• Optimize the development workflow with tools and methodologies such as CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
• Write and maintain technical documentation to ensure clarity and effective communication of technical specifications.

Your Profile

We are looking for a seasoned professional who thrives in a leadership role and inspires others to achieve excellence. The ideal candidate should have:

Technical Experience:

Must Have:

• A degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in web application development, with an emphasis on the Laravel PHP framework.
• 2+ years of experience in leading development teams or projects.
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., VueJS, ReactJS, or similar) and strong experience in front-end integration.
• Expertise in SQL/noSQL databases and database performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including code reviews, version control, and build processes.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, time management, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• A "Can do" attitude and a product-oriented mindset

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as GCP or AWS.
• Experience with Apache/Nginx Web Server and Docker configuration

Language Skills:

• Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, communication).
