Your Role

As a (Senior) Fullstack PHP Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced web applications. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our technology stack is reliable, scalable, and cutting-edge. This is an opportunity to not only hone your technical skills but also actively contribute to the company's growth and success.

Your Mission

• Analyze system requirements, design, develop, and test web applications.
• Ensure code quality by adhering to SOLID principles, applying design patterns, and optimizing database performance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Bridge SE to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Coordinate with team members to address technical challenges and align on solutions.
• Research and implement new technologies to enhance project outcomes and keep applications competitive.
• Write and maintain technical documentation to ensure clear communication of technical specifications.
• Mentor and support team members, sharing best practices and troubleshooting technical challenges.

Your Profile

We are looking for a talented individual who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have:

Technical Experience:

Must Have:

• A degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in developing web applications, with a strong focus on the Laravel PHP framework.
• 1+ years of experience working with JavaScript frameworks, preferably VueJS.
• Proficient in software engineering best practices throughout the software development lifecycle (coding standards, code reviews, version control, build processes, testing, operations, monitoring, etc.).
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Highly motivated with a "Can do" attitude and a product mindset

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as GCP or AWS.
• Experience with Apache/Nginx Web Server and Docker configuration

Language Skills:

• Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, communication).
