About Our Client:
Our Client is a global leader in virtual data room and deal management solutions, empowering companies to achieve their strategic objectives through secure and efficient information sharing. As we continue to expand our international presence, we are seeking a talented and experienced International Business Development Manager to drive our growth in key markets across Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand presence in target markets, focusing on China, Japan, and South Korea
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure successful market entry and growth
  • Negotiate and close deals with enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets
  • Manage and nurture key client relationships to drive account growth and long-term success
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies and identify new opportunities
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience, with a proven track record of success in international markets, particularly in the APAC region
  • Fluency in English or at least one of the following languages: Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean
  • Deep understanding of business practices, cultural nuances, and market dynamics in China, Japan, and/or South Korea,...
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the APAC region
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
