Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Provide full spectrum of high-quality secretarial support services to the General Manager
  • Responsible for General Managers both company and personal matters
  • Assist to arrange daily scheduling and travel itineraries, including travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, events coordination and household matters etc.
  • Provide support to the General Managers daily administrative work
  • Arrange meeting schedule, agendas and prepare meeting minutes
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Higher diploma holder or above in any disciplines
  • With relevant work experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, detail-minded and well-organized
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Business trips may be required (GBA, UK and Germany)
