Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide full spectrum of high-quality secretarial support services to the General Manager
- Responsible for General Managers both company and personal matters
- Assist to arrange daily scheduling and travel itineraries, including travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, events coordination and household matters etc.
- Provide support to the General Managers daily administrative work
- Arrange meeting schedule, agendas and prepare meeting minutes
- Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Higher diploma holder or above in any disciplines
- With relevant work experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, detail-minded and well-organized
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Business trips may be required (GBA, UK and Germany)
