About the job Executive Secretary to Chairman
Executive Assistance Duties :
- All rounded secretarial & administration support to Managing Director of the Board
and her family members
- Responsible for travel arrangements and complex calendar management including
business and family trips (worldwide)
- Prepare travel expenses reimbursement and market research reports
- Prepare / review / sort letters and emails on behalf of MD
- Organize agenda for meetings, consolidate / prepare presentation slides for meetings
and conferences
- Manage Chairmans personal credit card payments, tenancy agreements, motor
insurance renewal, vehicle license, membership renewal, company BR renewal, charity
events and other household affairs
- Organize stakeholder meetings, all-hands meeting, telephone and video conferences,
leadership on-site / off-site meetings
- Manage project and take lead to co-ordinate on the logistics
Job Requirements:
- Degree or above
- Around 2-5 years of personal assistant, administration or secretarial experience
- Well spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel,
- PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to handle multi-task, priorities work load and work in a fast-paced environment
- Cheerful, strong sense of responsibility, team player and well organized
- Immediate available is highly preferred
