Business Analyst (S)

Responsibilities
- Coordinating with clients and developers, roll-out and post-implementation support
- Performing requirement analyses, feasibility studies, and producing requirement and functional specifications
- Performing testing and enhancing the quality of products
- Providing user training and support

Requirements
- High Diploma or above in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Self-starting and able to work with minimal supervision
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Experience with end-users and system vendors, problem-solving and troubleshooting production system issues
- Experience in application development or clinical industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
