Job Description
We cordially invite an independent, high caliber and reliable candidate to join our team as an Assistant Officer to support the daily operation of accounting and administration.
Job Duties
Handle basic bookkeeping and routine accounting duties
Process cheque payments, and maintain a general ledger and statement of account
Handle accounts payable and receivable records, bank transactions and petty cash management
Perform office and sales events administration, reception duties, and clerical work such as facilities maintenance, replenishment of office supplies, procurement, health and hygiene, etc.
Liaise with vendors for office procurement and facilitates maintenance
Support HR administration duties
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned and delegated
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above with LCCI Level 2 qualification
2-3 years of solid working experience in accounting and office administration
Hands-on experience in vendor management and HR administration
More experience will be considered as an Officer
Good in PC skills of MS Office applications, including Excel and Word and Chinese word processing
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
Mature, independent, responsible, and self-motivated
Organized, detail-mind, strong numeric sense, and good interpersonal skill
