IT support

Responsibilities:

To design, configure, implement, maintain and monitor network facilities and security equipment

To provide onsite support and troubleshooting for customers on any related IT aspect

To assist monitoring and controlling software license and IT hardware inventory

To assist managers to complete any IT mission

Requirements:

Diploma / Certificate in Computer Studies, Software Engineering or related subjects

Relevant experience in technical support on related computer systems is preferable

Willing to learn new skill and technique such as configuration of firewall

Knowledge in PC, LAN and WAN
