Job Description

Job Duties:

• Maintain good relationship with existing clients and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue target
• Follow up clients enquiries, pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales
• Prepare saving proposals, sales contract, presentations, monthly reports and other relevant documents
• Explore potential markets and commercialize new project ideas
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Business, Building Services Engineering, Electronic Engineering or green related disciplines or 2 years key account management or business development experience
• With exposure to corporate market/ B2B platforms is preferred
• Responsible, self-disciplined and self-motivated
• Strong business acumen and corporate presentation skill
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
