Job Description:
Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Analyst to drive the accuracy and evolution of enterprise CMDB environments. This role focuses on data integrity, discovery, and service mapping, offering the opportunity to influence critical IT visibility and asset management strategies.
Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.

Support Discovery and Service Mapping initiatives to enhance infrastructure visibility.

Perform data reconciliation, audits, and continuous improvement of CMDB data quality.

Collaborate with ITAM teams to manage CI lifecycle and asset alignment (HAM/SAM).

Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis within ServiceNow.

Support UAT processes, manage user stories, and contribute effectively within Agile environments.

Ensure timely task execution and active participation in meetings, maintaining strong communication standards.
Job Requirements

Great English proficiency (B2+ written and spoken).

5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and data reconciliation.

Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being on time for meetings is crucial).

Hands-on experience with ITAM (HAM/SAM) and CI lifecycle management.

Solid reporting and data analysis skills within ServiceNow (dashboards, audits, data quality).

Experience supporting UAT, managing user stories, and working in Agile environments.

Strong sense of accountability and punctuality in collaborative settings.
Nice to Have

Experience with CSDM framework and CMDB maturity initiatives.

Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (Service Graph, Intune, Tanium, etc.).

Exposure to Power BI or similar tools for advanced reporting.

Experience building training materials and driving user adoption across IT teams.
