Content Management Sr Associate OC-48
Job Description:
We are seeking a Content Management Sr Associate to support knowledge management initiatives, working closely with leadership to develop and execute strategies for identifying, capturing, sharing, and transforming key information and intellectual capital into value.
The role will support intranet and content management, AI adoption, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across teams and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership.
- Create and continually refine knowledge management strategies and tactical plans.
- Provide access to key insights and practice information through ownership of intranet and development of knowledge collections and packaged content.
- Serve as a subject matter specialist, connecting people to people and people to content.
- Identify pain points and recommend solutions supporting sales and service delivery.
- Drive innovation and support the rollout and adoption of AI tools and agents.
- Support M&A efforts by developing strategies and frameworks to capture, organize, and share critical knowledge and facilitate collaboration.
- Support execution of national knowledge management programs and initiatives.
- Participate in the KM Leadership Team and help globalize the KM function.
- Work with and develop a team of Knowledge Analysts located in India.
Technical Competencies
Strong understanding and extensive use of knowledge management methodologies, intranet / portal management, website usability, subscription management, collaboration tools, content and document management, search engines, taxonomy / metadata, metrics reporting / analytics, workflow and process automation applications, and AI agents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including SharePoint, Copilot, Teams, and Viva Engage.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study required (Business, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Library Sciences, Journalism and/or Communications).
Advanced degree in a related field preferred. PMP Certification nice to have.
Years of Experience
6–10 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years of knowledge management experience in a global professional services organization.
Prior consulting experience and experience working with and managing an offshore team are preferred.
