Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using JavaScript, Node.js, and Cucumberjs.
• Ensure test reliability and coverage for web services and RESTful APIs through strategic automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to ensure continuous integration and delivery standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of testing processes and best practices.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and punctuality in team meetings and agile ceremonies.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 7+ years of experience as Software Development Engineer in Test.
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Proven expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, and Cucumber for building automated tests.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Skilled in using test management platforms such as Azure DevOps, Atlassian Suite, or Harness.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with object-oriented design principles (SOLID) and common design patterns.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
